(Pi) Preferred Instruction Skills Profile Tour

(Pi) Preferred Instruction is a form of instruction that seeks to "maximize each child's growth by meeting each student where he/she is developmentally and helping the child to progress. In practice, it involves offering several different learning experiences in response to children’s varied needs. Learning activities and materials may be varied by difficulty to challenge children at different readiness levels, by topic in response to their interests, and by preferred ways of learning or expressing themselves."  This, we call their safe zone!

The Pi Profile has a profound impact on the way children learn…. by reducing or eliminating learning frustrations and building self-confidence and self-worth.

It energizes a child’s learning experiences by creating a pathway of least resistance.

The Parent/family member or teacher completes a child’s static and dynamic skill and interest level profile. In just 20 -30 minutes, they get a detailed profile analysis and 100’s of products that are individually and compatibly matched with the child’s identified skill level, learning preferences, strengths, weaknesses and interests.

These essential dynamic developmental characteristics, which map each child’s preferred pathway of interpreting, processing, storing and retrieving information, are entered into the Pi Process database and are used to be matched with appropriate learning tools.

The Profile analysis summarizes and identifies: Medical, Physical, Psychological Functions and Medication & Nutritional Habits; Modalities - Learning Pathways; Dominant Learning Preferences, Social and Emotional Characteristics; Hobbies, Interests, Talents, Sports; Brain Dominance and Attention Span; Academic Conditions; and what you would like to take action on immediately.

A quantitative tracking system reports the learning, developmental and educational values your child is experiencing from the learning tools they are using.

A curriculum development report helps you and your child maintain a balance in the child’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.

Each child is as unique and different as a fingerprint or snowflake... there are no two alike. Learning experiences that are compatibly matched with your child's individual needs can engage and help her or him gain a competitive edge on life.

Once a child is Profiled, grandparents, family and friends can help you educate your child by conveniently selecting gifts and presents from the selected list of products that are compatibly matched with your child.

The PI Profile assures that products selected are appropriate and suitable for the child, not the person buying them!
