KidsDadsMoms.com Customer Internet Privacy Statement and Policy applies to KidsDadsMoms.com entire Web site.
We respect your right of privacy. Protecting your privacy is of primary importance to us. Confidential information about any profiled child is at the heart of our business and among our most valued possessions. This confidential and personal information on any profiled child will not be individually disclosed, transferred, sold or used otherwise, for any promotion, advertising or solicitation activities of any third party, unless prior documented consent from a parent or legal guardian of a profiled child has been provided to us for that purpose.
Confidential information about any profiled child is intended for use by KidsDadsMoms.com, solely in our patented Preferred Instruction process for matching a child with educational and skill developmental products. We hope the following statement will help you understand how KidsDadsMoms.com collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.
I. Your responses and information about your family members.
Any information that you provide about any child that is profiled on our site is confidential information. We only use information that you voluntarily provide and the value of our services and resources are dependent on the quality and timeliness of that information.
We use the email address that you give to us for important communication regarding your profiled child and to become a valued resource for your family's education and skill development.
Our site registrations require unique logins and passwords that you select for your family's protection and privacy. The combination of the unique login and password is required to gain access to your child's confidential information, so you should always keep that confidential.
We also provide you with the option of selecting a unique confidential password, that is different from yours, to give to your individual family members and friends. This guest password can be used in our Gift Registry by your guests, to conveniently access your child's unique list of suitably matched and compatible products. They can then conveniently select, purchase and ship appropriate learning tools to your profiled child from anywhere in the world.
We do use browser cookies for two reasons: storing information to make our site easier to use and for logging purposes so we can analyze and improve our site, with the intention of making more user friendly.
II. The quality and timeliness of the confidential information that you provide.
To be a valuable resource for your child's tailored development, we provide you with a unique "Pi" Guidance System, that we refer to as your instruction manual that we're sure you never got when your child was born. Please refer to the Pi Guidance System in the site's Help Section for detailed information on this value-added feature.
We do use the limited information that you provide about yourself, your spouse, and your affiliated company, school or organization in order to respond to information that is requested of us or that we believe is useful to you. This information may also be carefully and prudently used for marketing purposes only by KidsDadsMoms.com , our affiliates, subsidiaries and selected licensees.
Information that could be used for social, educational, or medical research is disassociated with individual names or personal identification.
III. Choices available to members regarding the marketing uses of the collected information.
An easy mechanism for members to opt out of having the limited information that you provide about yourself or your spouse used for marketing purposes by KidsDadsMoms.com, our affiliates, subsidiaries and selected licensees, is to email your request to us at Info@KidsDadsMoms.com and address the subject or reference to "Don't use my limited information for marketing purposes" and your email should include your name, address and affiliate code number.
If you would like us to confirm that we received your opt out choice, or you would like to review the choices you made, or you prefer to make changes to the choices indicated, include that information in your email and process as indicate above.
Any changes described above will be made within ten business days of receipt at our offices.

The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet is a standard in the industry. The security measures on our site have been designed and tested to ensure the protection of our member's information and is supported by a certificate of verification from Verisign.
