About the Book: A-Z Positive Classroom Rules is a book that connects letter to sound knowledge for children between the ages of 4-8. Each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a positive classroom rule. These rules often reach far beyond the parameters of the classroom and it is Trish’s dream that these ideas will become the foundation of a child’s social behavior. About the Author: Trish is a kindergarten teacher in the Holyoke, Ma. public school system. She lives in Easthampton, Ma with her husband Phil. She also has two children, Erika and Tim. Trish has a passion for writing children's books and these books serve as extensions of what she teaches in the classroom. The lessons she conveys in the books are inspired by her students and their life experiences. After finishing her degree at night school Trish fulfilled her dream of becoming a teacher. A-Z Positive Classroom Rules is one of many she has written to share with her classroom, all of which provide different life lessons for young people.
